Description
This vehicle with expired license plates from 2016 have been on this parking spot for over a year and a half now. The car is a biohazards where it smells like fermented urine and has leaking oil. It’s an eye sore. The transients that apparently this car belongs has another perfectly working vehicle which they use that where they are gone days if not weeks at a time.
People who use the multipurpose room to rent for parties and celebrations complain about this vehicle.
