I filed on this property last fall under the address 4409 Marina. I was notified 12/27 that my COH Case 101003203529 had been closed. I inspected the property to find that only a portion of the trash and one cart had been removed leaving the remainder shown in your picture. I sent an email with pic to 311 on 12/27 asking that the case be reopened with no response from the city to-date.
