Update from Codes: Thank you for your post. Unfortunately neither the City nor Pinellas County have the authority to regulate or respond to indoor air quality complaints regarding mold, mildew, etc.

You may also wish to search for information related to Florida Landlord/Tenant law and your rights as a renter when involved in situations involving mold in your unit – consultation with an attorney is also an option.
