Description

At the address of 7110 Melrose, there is a red flat bed truck that has been parked in the street for several months without moving. I have tried asking the owner to move it to his driveway because it impedes traffic and I often see the trash truck struggling to get by because of this truck. I don't know what the ordinance on parking in the street is but I have not seen this vehicle move for several months.
