Description

This pole has 4 lamps attached. Bulbs are not working, one of the bulbs is missing the globe and the canopy is hinged off the top leaving the bulb vulnerable to rain. Also the lamp glass is filthy dirty. This is a second request in three months with no response whatsoever.
