OK, since I didn't have an issued green can, I bought one because you won't pick up the trash if it is laid on the side of the curb in a bag. You took my personal property without authorization that was being used for trash pickup because there is no city can provided. I'm not sure how you don't understand this. If you aren't going to provide one and you aren't going to replace it or provide one, then what are you suggesting I do? If place the trash in bags on the curb the city will fine for me littering. Trash pick up is Monday. If I don't have a can do you want me to bring my trash to city hall?
