Description

Abandoned red and black truck with trash on top and around truck. missing good and seats inside can. Truck hasn't moved since November. There are loiterers that frequent the abandoned truck and live/do drugs/sell drugs 24 hours a day. The area smells like a port-a-potty due to these loiterers urinating and defecating on the sidewalk and yard of 7212 Halliday Ave. There are children in this neighborhood and these loiterers are doing drugs and whipping their penises out to urinate in the same yard children are playing in. Just the week before last, these loiterers lit items on the sidewalk on fire and put our homes in danger of burning down. The city of oakland, I've reported this vehicle many times and you have done nothing about it. Please have this truck towed and is a blight in our neighborhood
