Wait, wait… Was that the correct city code for a frame sign? If not what is the code? Are frame signs signifying the business that it sits in front of legal OR illegal? IF they are illegal, can they just be called "Undocumented" signs? And then allowed to be in front of the business with full support of our Sanctuary City?
