I’m not sure of the water source, but for some months there has been water on the side of the street. It’s always there.

Q. Is the leak in the street or on the sidewalk?
A. It’s difficult to tell.
Q. How much water is coming out? (Trickling, bubbling, gushing, etc)
A. It’s a steady trickle, but with freezing weather half the road width is covered with ice and dangerous.
Q. Is the pavement broken or cracked?
A. Not that I have been able to see.
Q. Is there a drop in water pressure?
A. I don’t know.
Q. Is your water rusty?
A. No.
