No good deed goes unpunished. Maybe they should rent it out section 8

I see someone with an axe to grind or too much time on their hands and involving themselves in others affairs. Most likely a neighbor. You know, the majority of us on 10th Street pride ourselves in getting along with our neighbors, helping our neighbors and being good neighbors who work civilly with each other. NONE of us would even think of doing what this person did filing this report in the anon manner that they did. I thought we had rid ourselves of neighbors like this one...apparently one slipped through but I have a hunch I know who it was that reported it....shame on you...you don't know if they used contractors, they may have performed all the work themselves in which case very permits were required. I'm sure upon investigation this individual will made a fool of but not before he wastes the homeowners time and plenty of city resources that our taxes pay for....thanks jerk...just want I want to pay for is frivolous petty neighbor games.

Seems to me people like this do more damage to our neighborhood then good. they report good neighbors for such minor things like leaving garbage cans out or a board missing from their fence. they don't realize by their action they make people hate the very neighborhood or even the city they live in. The end result will be good neighbors moving out and the houses becoming rentals or even section 8 homes.. I really wish they would just move out of our neighborhood because we don't need them here

FYI anonymous complainer: You DO NOT NEED A PERMIT to renovate your kitchen, or your floors. The hot water heater, yes requires a permit, but new kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring Do NOT! The lightning upgrades would only require a permit if location of fixtures were moved, but simply putting new light fixtures in do NOT require a permit. And I have no idea what you are talking about flood zone requirements, because that has ZERO to do with the interior of the home. Sounds to me that someone is jealous that they cannot to make improvements to their home to make as nice as this one.
