Jerome & Horner Sheet Metal (Oakland, CA)

This black wooden trailer attachment was reported several weeks ago along with the abandoned white ford that was already towed. This trailer was dumped on the street and has grown to a massive garbage pile that is obstructing the sidewalk and street parking. We are now reduced to fewer spaces of parking, no neighbors have driveways on this block and rely on street parking. There are big rats as well due to this massive garbage pile over-flowing from black wooden trailer attachment. Pls help.. this is my second time reporting issue. The white ford van was picked up over a week ago that brought this garbage.
