Description

I phoned the non-emergency number and informed the representative a black male and a white female were living in the vehicle doing drugs, fighting. He is her pimp, she is his prostitute. The representative told me to pay for the tow. Very disappointing, I'm a senior and a disabled veteran, with a service animal. The rats coming in and out of the vehicle could possibility injure my service animal. I'm terribly afraid of anyone finding out I sent this email. Please do not inform anyone of my identity. Please assist
