It would be a great improvement for the Upper State Street and Downtown connection.
The drawing plans for underground parking, retail/office at ground level and 30 luxury units above. Looks like it might be from Beacon Hill.

That's awesome, Ben! Are the plans public at this point? Now if only we could get the DOT to take better care of highway onramps.

They will be shown at the Historic District Commission meeting tomorrow evening.
I am interested in exploring maintenance and accessibility to DOT properties especially some sort of beautification and lighting of the overpasses that cross key corridors in New Haven.
