The new link closure on the island on grand Avenue, is purely identified on approach. Especially from downtown. There should at least be some type of flashing construction light mounted on the fence or Jersey barriers. It would also be great ifNear the railroad tracks there was some type of a new traffic pattern ahead sign. I am not sure if the same conditions exist if you were headed from fair Haven to downtown.
