Thank you for contacting the City of Huntsville, Traffic Engineering ( TE ). TE staff have evaluated the location in question and have determined that the site does not meet the criteria for guardrail installation. The right run movement at this location is slow based on the curvature of the roadway and in addition, there is little/no drop off compared to other sections of roadway.
