Thank you Laurenteen! If you could have abatement send it to the landlord at Bank of the West Plaza. It is in the corner just in front of door to 2nd floor offices. I know it is on private property, but that can gets hit with "gang" sayings. I have no idea what cakewalk or poprock refers to, but it pops up in the tagging wars.

I'm sorry the graffiti is still there and has not been abated yet. I have emailed the problem to AC Transit. It looks like the can is part of the bus shelter amenity and thus would be their jurisdiction to remove (abate) the graffiti. I've asked them to alert me if Caltrans should be contacted or if it is a can that we should maintain. Although, our crew would've abated it by now if it were our responsibility. I doubt that the can belongs to the bank but if it does, I can contact them. Hopefully, it'll be removed sooner than later. Thank you once again.

I've contacted the Bank of the West as well as AC Transit. AC Transit has responded that it is not their trash can to maintain. I haven't heard back yet from Bank of the West. I've submitted a work order this morning to our Maintenance crew. I will provide you with feedback as soon as I have confirmation. Thank you.
