The sidewalk has been put inside private property line, and easement. In order to do this, builder is required to obtain permission from City or Owner of the property. We checked with the City and no such permission was granted. We have requested the builder to address this concern many times with no resolution thus far.

This reporting system keeps changing the address to our neighbors address. The correct address is 1665 Bates Road. Thanks
