The drain at the curb is clogged and the inlet about 15' upstream is also heavily clogged with debris. It is the inlet behind the neighborhood sign. I cleared it partly so that it did not overflow. But it will need to be dug out. Ted Zoller, Coker Hills

Will take a look at the area. (It appears that this structure is out of the ROW and on private property)

There are a number of oddities in this area due to the fact that downstream the property is owned by the town and undeveloped, so has no curb. There is a continuous washout of gravel. So a system of problems relating it that area never being properly finished. I know that the owner of the property where that drain (which connects to the sewer allows the town to clear the culvert. It must have been installed by OWASA because it has a manhole on top. Ted Zoller
