Description

The concrete gutter pan here was incorrectly replaced with asphalt. see third picture, showing the stretch of asphalt between the concrete. This is a bus stop and the bus stopping has worn down the gutter so there is a deep and large puddle of water, which is dangerous for people exiting and getting on the bus. Bus stops need concrete gutter pans due to the heavy weight of the bus stopping and starting. This bus stop is heavily used by seniors with limited mobility.
