Description

There has been an increase in drug activity at both the CBD and Jackson Street garages, as well as individuals using the elevators to abuse drugs and/or use the elevator as a restroom. I have spoken with SP Plus regarding the issues, but I wanted the City to be aware of it, as well as document the issue on SCF. I do see patrols intermittently in CBD, but the people of concern are using elevators. I am increasingly concerned about the safety of the people who use the garages on a daily basis.
