Description

the attached photo I took today on Nunn St. off Lincoln avenue in College Hills. It is uprooted and caught in the branches of the neighboring tree. if it falls it will be right onto the street. it seems really dangerous. It is on the curb so I don't know if this is a city issue or a property owner issue.
