Santek has failed to pick up the alleyway between Chace Drive and Chace Terrace. This is ongoing and has gotten worse. Second failure to pickup in 4 weeks. Apparently truck equipment to dump bins quit and workers lift bins to dump but they are not strong enough and strow garbage, trash and recyles. Often I and others that bag their thrash ate experiencing that they lift lids and only remove top bag. Residents have to sweep up and pick up out of yards. Enough is enough. Hoover needs to involve Santek management and get corrected. I don't blame the workers, I blame Santek and Hoover for allowing it to sink to this. Somebody please get involved and fix this.
