Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Location: east side of ridgewood street, just south of ridgewood and peden streets intersection. West side of tennis courts at multi-service center. Issue: there is a power line with a large rectangular grey box that is dangling from the other lines. The box is swinging back and forth — could be because today is the start of the cold front and has been enormously windy.
