Run-off control measures not in place or seriously inadequate. Muddy water running away from construction site in both directions but heaviest toward East Ponce and downhill on East Ponce to the west. Unfortunately I didn't have my phone with me, so no pic.

Thank you for your post. All erosion control measures were in placed before the demo of the residence started.
I contacted the contractor this morning, he will clean the street if needed and refresh the construction exit.
