This is really poor planning and plowing of the City! There are fewer spaces for residence and visitors to use around the area and the few we have have been used as snow dumping grounds!

I agree that the City needs to begin a process of snow REMOVAL during these storms; not just shoving it into parking spaces - and driveways. We pay taxes - use them for something that is helpful!

Why should someone close the complaint when it hasn’t even been acknowledged by the City? Let the City acknowledge the issue and if its been taking care of why not post a picture of it? The City hasn’t even fixed a down light on Kirkland Street so I doubt they’ve plowed out these parking spaces.

Why must you be so anti-cars? Is a bike going to be the cure for taking someone to the hospital or will we use bikes to replace fire trucks?

We need to all co-exist and we all pay taxes and should have parking and bike lane access. The snow removal should work for all those who use the roads whether it’s via bike, foot or car. This app should be used for reporting problems (like all the bike lane obstructions you report) and not to ridicule other users.

So he can just say “hey there is snow in the parking space” but he has to assume it’s from the bike lane when he actually doesn’t know where it came from and you know what happens when you assume

Whether he witnessed it or assumed it, can we all just be nice to each other? We all care about our neighborhood and shouldn’t lose our civility. The problem here is that snow was removed and improperly placed in parking spots that residents and visitors use. These particular spots are metered spaces which means the City will lose revenue on because they can’t be used.
