Description
We have had mice in our home for 1.5 years. Pike International, the management company, has been made aware of this continuously.
No action has been taken. Multiple requests have gone ignored. There are now mice in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Please help.

I said I'd be happy to call LCI, but I have found in other situations it is helpful/works well if a resident calls or emails first and provides all the details, and then I follow-up if there isn't a response.
