On Doverfrom Manual Campos to Dickson Hill. All streetlights are out and all the striping and reflectors are gone. This is very dangerous as the retirement community uses this road to avoid the freeway and they cannot tell where their lane is. Please fix these issues as soon as possible. Thank you.
