Description

The dumpster at 4008 Kansas Ave NW in the alley is poorly maintained. Trash, including used food items, household goods, and other detritus is often scattered outside/next to the dumpster and in the alley. The dumpster is never closed and has a hole in the bottom for rats to enter, both of which make it a rodent harborage concern.
