The right of way to the run off pond has not been accessible in years due to the excessive tree and vegetation growth through many years of neglect. There are two very large trees, one in particular, that now lean towards our house and property. Heavy winds drop limbs, twice breaking our fence, and we’d like information about topping these trees.
