I have trimmed 12 palm trees. Last week, the palm fronds were not picked up. A note was attached to the pile saying the fronds needed to be cut to 4' length. I loaded and hauled the pile to Garden City. In this week's pile (photos attached) I have cut more than 95% (almost all) of items to 4 feet. I may have missed a few. Is there any reason this pile will not be picked up?
