Description

There is a large sheet of ice that has formed in the street near the fire hydrant on Ridge Avenue at Pattengill School. It seems to grow larger every day, so I think there might be a problem with the fire hydrant leaking somehow. This is a dangerous place for a sheet ice because it is near the corner and also because it is where the school buses park.
