The address is 7821 Outing Avenue. Corner house. I noticed that a house on the corner of Outing and Duvall must have had the same problem but there is a county drain on that corner that they run a drainage pipe from their house to the drain. There is no freezing water at that intersection.

I am not completely certain. It appears that it could be from the sump pump or because of the grade of the yard excess water from melting snow or heavy rain runs into the intersection. There has been water there before but the freezing temperatures caused the icy condition. Again, I noticed that a house on the corner of Duvall and Outing Avenue (7815 Outing) has a drainage pipe that runs from their yard to a county drain on the edge of their property. There was no icy intersection there. The house in question on 207 and Outing Avenue (7821A) has no county drain on the edge of the yard and the water runs into the roadway. I am really concerned since that is the bus stop for little children and the chance that cars will slide at that intersection.

Thank you AA county for the daily application of salt at the intersection of Outing Avenue and 207 streets. It has been melting most of the ice.
We now need a pot hole filled.

My understanding is that the drainage from sump pump and roof runoff must not terminate within 10 feet of the property line. I believe that both of the locations on Outing are closer than that.

According to the 2015 Building Code, Article 15.1 R405.1.2 a sump pumps must be at least 5' from the property line.
