We are clearing corners throughout the city

Corners are still not cleared for sidewalks. Walkers need to climb snow banks and ice to continue walking

Snow was not removed from part of the cul de sac in front of my driveway. All the street is cleaned except this part in front of my house. In addition, in many occasions the snow removed from the cul the sac have been placed in my front yard causing a big accumulation of snow in front of the house avoiding the house view from the street.

Can you please send someone to clean the snow soon? It has been in these conditions since the last storm. I can provide photos.

I am not exactly sure how many times I need to report this issue. The four corners of the sidewalk on pearl and highland are completely covered in snow and now ice in many cases. Not sure if the home owners should take care of this or DPW but it is forcing folks to walk in the street because they cannot cross the road safely.
