At the intersection of 23rd and Chestnut St. there used to be a red light, but it was taken down. There desperately needs to be one put back up. If you are coming down Chestnut St. towards town, when you get to 23rd st there is a stop sign, but there is also bushes on the right side of the road that belong to the city that obstructs the view. This is right above the new Snipes school also. Cars are whizzing by here, and it is unsafe, especially for pedisterians-this includes childrens walking to and from school. This really needs to be a number 1 priority.
