Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. We had our trash can out at the proper time and the appropriate distance from cars, yet our bin was skipped 1/22/19. All of our neighbors' cans next to ours were picked up. Our can is too full to have an extra week of trash put into it. Also, the lid to our bin was ripped off by a garbage truck last year so we are in need of a new bin.
