Sometimes would ride in fast speed along Morris st. The ATV has no headlight, and the operator does not wear any helmet. It can be very dangerous at night. I would recommend the city to place speed bumps along these streets.
All we need is a small speed bump. That shouldn't cost too much to the city; thesedays there's a speed bump that literally bolts onto the road. No major construction required.
They ride up and down and throughout the city. News 10 claimed the mayor will stop them but they still do it. I have seen them speed right by the lazy cops at pepperjacks and get away without a chase. Cops just look and ignore. Saw one of them almost kill a little girl playing on the sidewalk they decided was a road the other day. I guess in albany you can do what you want these days.
