Description

The red light at the corner of Highway 96 and The exit ramp coming from from I 40 Westbound is an issue in the mornings. It will typically let only a few card through before it changes. There are mornings that traffic is backed up towards Burns. This morning, traffic was backed up past White Bluff Road.
