Description

A vacant building at the corner of Shurling Drive and New Clinton Road is being used to dump trash. There is a overloaded dumpster in front and all kinds of trash is dumped all around the dumpster. This is on a main street and so ugly to look at every day going back and forth on Shurling Drive.
