This issue needs to be resolved ASAP before someone gets stranded and causes an accident. Close the street if necessary. Long term this drain needs to be cleaned on a regular schedule to prevent this issue.

Public Works will check the sediment levels when the water recedes.

This catch basin is subject to flooding due to the rising of the water in the reservoir. Even if the pipe is clear, if the reservoir rises, this set of basins is subject to flooding.
