Description

Tenets in this rental property have pulled in and out of this premise without using the drive which has caused the grass and ground to be torn up. Consequently, with the heavy rain this winter the torn up ground have impeded the run off . This habit of not using the driveway, has strung mud across the sidewalk and into the road and has caused the water to stay backed up along Locksley drive affecting houses up the grade to the top of the hill.
