1/25/19@1116 Hours Officer Vinson and Myself arrived at 2105 Cedar Ave and was unable to make contact with owner even though she was home. We observed at least 10 dogs run out of her backyard. Theses dogs are the one that killed the goats and are running whole neighborhood. We were unable to catch any of the dogs. 5 citations issued. Trap set on May where the dogs are hanging out. BRozier
