  The Mobil on Bridge Street and the Speedway at Franklin/North Street both give free air, I've used both in the past few months. I'm not sure it's sign-posted, but it's definitely free if you ask, I'll check for signs next time I buy gas.

  When I try to post a link to muni code it gets rejected, but anyone that wants to read the ordinance look for ‘Sec. 14-44. - Operative air pump required to store fuel.’
