The builders for Theory Apts abandoned this property after construction finished, it was a muddy mess that keeps getting worse every time it rains. It seems as if someone is driving in there but the mud is piling up on the sidewalk and the street. Also, there seems to be a water pipe break next door at Theory apartments because this entire area is always sopping. There maintenance people have blocked off an area that is super saturated.
