Parking Services drove by the other day and it appears took the licenses of his truck/trailer and car on trailer that has been sitting across the street since August. He also has another truck that has been sitting on the street for at least the past year. He has many derelict vehicles on his property along with junk as well. The back yard is a hoarders paradise! Last year he and some guy built a still-unfinished humongous deck that's clearly not in code - no guard rails up for one, deck not screwed down, etc. Don't you need a permit to build a deck? Nice family, but enough is enough - this has been going on for 10+ years.

The home owner has been cleaning up his property - slow and steady but at least he's doing it. Thanks City of New West, it appreciated - and thanks to whoever reported this long time, ongoing issue. I'm curious about his deck. It's clearly unsafe (built improperly last year and never finished) - is that being addressed too?
