in case you're new to seeclickfix.com, this site isn't monitored by randolph officials on the weekend or any time other than about 8a-5p mon-fri in regular practice. i am no expert but lower lines are basically never power lines but rather much less hazardous telephone, cable or fiber optic lines.
as i am not near the pole and can't read the number on the pole from the photo submitted here's my advice. the highway safety cones imply someone knows it's a hazard and it has probably been called in already. i called comcast to be extra sure, but even if it's not their responsibility, they should be showing up tomorrow and they can then fix it or contact the correct people to take care of it.
The issue was fixed today by Verizon. Once it was determined that the wire did not belong to National Grid or Comcast, Verizon was notified and made the repair.
