The over flow was handled but the recycle items that are on the ground. The business owners will be notified of this.

This is an ongoing problem every one to two days for the past 2 1/2 years. What more can be done at this point? Anything?

Because this is rental property to the restaurants I am going to send them a notice as to have their staff check on the trash periodically because the Owner is not in Randolph.

All Business have been notified along with Owner of this property. Warnings were issued and fines will be given to all business if this continues including Owner.

There are also 2 vehicles in the parking lot over night that do not belong. One is unregistered and the other has someone sleeping in it behind Rocco's dumpster

Absolutely nothing has been done by Zorbas to stop the overflow of discarded trash, food, boxes and other miscellaneous item from their establishment. What else can be done as this has been an ongoing issue for years ! Their disregard for others is despicable. Its the same thing day after day after day after day

This seems like a pretty simple issue, either empty this more often, get a larger dumpster, or reduce your waste so this overflow doesn't happen. This problem shouldn't be the responsibility of an infringed neighbor in order for the town to address, both a littering and a health issue. This lack of containment is a haven for the rodent problem the town is already suffering with. If you are going to do business in town, you either do it properly or the BOH/Selectman need to shut it down.

The town urgently needs to address the littering and trash issues in the town. The businesses that are causing the issues with this need to be fined at this point. The amount of disrespect to the residents by the businesses just ignoring the health code violations of the accumulating trash is horrendous. Please do something to improve Randolph as no one wants to live in a trash heap.

I'm not sure if this was intentionally done but the trash is literally all over the entire parking lot

The BOH, needs to close this place down. If other's are dumping there, they need to get cameras up to catch and prosecute those responsible. The Town must not allow this to continue.

This is what's attracting the skunks, raccoons, mice, rats and now the largest seagulls I've seen aside from the beach

The lack of action behalf of the BOH / Selectmen to address this issue is inexcusable.

This is just humorous at this point. Seriously?

The other side of the burger king fence is about to fell down,. Can someone please reach out to them again before it actually falls this time? Thank you

There is no present overflow of garbage at this time

That's because the overflow is all over the parking lot. Are my pictures not coming thru clear enough? I also send them everyday so you see the date stamp. Also in hopes someone checks when they're sent and not several days later when one of the dumpsters is actually/finally emptied

Your picture is not even the dumpster I've been reporting. Please look to the left of your picture and all around the lot

The dumpsters are not overflowing that is why this was closed. If there is trash on the ground I will send out a violation for that. I can not send the same violation for different occurrences each one has to be written in specification. of the complaint. I have spoken to all Business they all have been cited. We have came to the conclusion that Republic needs to do more pickups and unfortunately this has not been happening consistently enough. The Restaurant Owners I have spoken to them also and agreed to have more pickups. You can contact the Board of Health. 781-961-0924.

Following the provisions of Chapter 40U of the Massachusetts General Laws regarding housing code violations, the Town must notify a property owner of a violation and allow two weeks to resolve the issue. If, at the end of two weeks, the owner is still in violation, daily fines are assessed. Unpaid fines are placed as a lien on the property. Regardless of these procedures, there is no guarantee that the homeowner will comply and the Town may not enter onto private property to maintain it. This issue has been assigned to Code Enforcement for review and an update will follow shortly. Thank you for your patience.
