Description

the escalator coming up from Park Street breaks about once every two weeks. I never know it's broken until I'm off the train. while I can use stairs, it's difficult for me and I wish I at least had some warning. an announcement by the conductor would be great. Fixing the escalator so it doesn't break so often would be even better.
