I called the court and they told me to send a copy of ticket and parking receipt to them. I would suggest you let Parking operations know that this is the procedure for where a parking ticket has been incorrectly issued for a car with a valid parking receipt. I've called them twice and was first told to fill out the 'broken meter' form and then when that didn't work to fill out a form for Princeton access. It's important that everyone knows the proper procedure to fix these problems.
