Still hasn't been dealt with! If a few small patches look like they've been cleared it's only because there is so much foot traffic along that route. EMU faculty, staff and students traverse this stretch all day and night and it's ridiculous that it can not get cleared. This stretch of sidewalk hasn't been touched at all in 2019. That's 47 days! And within those 47 days we've seen quite a bit of snowfall and freezing rain. As I stated earlier- if there were a sidewalk on the other side of the street we could be more forgiving, but there isn't.
After 17 days of my first posting your response of "Your concerns are very important to us..." sounds very empty and placating.
