This problem is impacting the alley behind the 2200 blocks of S street and Ridge Place. It specifically impacts my property at 2229 Ridge Pl. I have reported this problem several times through the #311 portal. The water drains down the alley and flows directly onto the rear of my property and my house causing excessive water accumulation and flooding inside my home.

Still not fixed or even accurately addressed.

This issue requires a city engineer from DCDOT and/or DPW to assess the source of the excessive water flow from a location above the intersection of S Street SE and 24th and the residual overflow tonthe alley behind 2200 block of Ridge Place SE. The overflow causes heavier than usual water flow down the alley and onto my property causing water damage to my basement. I have watched the water flow from some location above my property, down the alley, onto my property and through my basement windows! Please send someone out to properly investigate. This same request has been made over 10 times!
